Welcome to Savvy Luxe Studios! These terms apply when you use savvyluxestudios.com or download or buy our products through our store at stan.store/SavvyLuxeStudios. By doing either, you agree to these terms. Savvy Luxe Studios is operated by Savvy Luxe Living, a sole proprietorship based in Nevada.

Our products

We sell digital planners, journals, and creative extras, and sometimes offer free downloads. Checkout, payment (via Stripe), and file delivery are handled by Stan. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen or printer.

Your personal-use license

When you download or buy a product, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own use. You may:

• Download, use, and print the files for yourself.
• Use them in your own digital planning apps.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, share, or give away the files (or edited versions of them), free or paid.
• Upload the files to shared drives, file-sharing sites, or marketplaces.
• Claim the designs as your own or use them in products you sell.

Want to use something for a group, classroom, or business? Email infosupport@savvyluxeliving.com and ask about a separate license.

All sales are final

Because digital products are delivered instantly and can't be returned, all sales are final and we don't offer refunds or exchanges.

The exception: if a file is defective, damaged, or won't download, email infosupport@savvyluxeliving.com within 7 days of purchase. We'll send a working file, and if we can't fix the problem, we'll issue a refund.

Who owns what

All products, designs, text, graphics, logos, and the Savvy Luxe Studios name and brand are owned by Savvy Luxe Living and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Buying a product gives you a license to use it, not ownership of the design.
